Andean Billing

Privacy notice

Updated: September 21, 2026

Operator and scope

Andean Bridge Group SACS, RUC 20613247123, operates Andean Billing. This notice describes processing in Billing; also consult the purchasing application's notice for its data processing and product usage.

Data and purposes

Billing receives names or company name, DNI/RUC identification, email and fiscal address, customer and order references, product and billing details from the source application or checkout form. It records payments, subscriptions, fiscal documents, delivery communications and technical events to process purchases, issue invoices, reconcile transactions, handle problems and maintain security. Required billing information is necessary to continue checkout.

Providers and recipients

Cloudflare hosts Billing and its database. Culqi processes payments, Alegra handles fiscal issuance and Postmark sends fiscal documents, depending on the transaction and service configuration. The source application receives billing status to manage your order and access. These services may involve processing outside Peru; their applicable terms and safeguards must be considered alongside data protection law.

Cards, records and retention

Card number, expiration and security code are entered in Culqi's component. Billing retains provider references and transaction records, rather than those full card fields. It also records technical requests and the latest listing or download through invoice sessions. Invoice records do not prove product access. Billing and audit data remain stored; this notice does not promise automatic deletion or a retention period that has not been established.

Your rights and support

You may request access, rectification, cancellation and objection regarding your personal data and, where applicable, withdraw consent, without affecting legally required processing. Send your request through the support channel of the application where you purchased, specifying Andean Billing, or through the checkout support link when available. Identify the order and your request without sending full card details. You may contact Peru's National Personal Data Protection Authority if you believe your rights have not been addressed.
