Who provides the service
Andean Billing is the payment and billing service operated by Andean Bridge Group SACS, RUC 20613247123. The application where you make your purchase describes the product and manages delivery and access. These terms govern Billing together with the product conditions presented at purchase.
Payment, IGV and fiscal document
Before confirming, review the product, currency, price before IGV, IGV tax and checkout total. Provide accurate billing details and use an authorized payment method. Culqi processes payment; Billing records its outcome and coordinates issuing and sending the fiscal document where applicable.
Subscriptions and renewal
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and total amount shown in checkout under the conditions presented before payment. The application where you subscribed manages product access; Billing manages charges and subscription state.
How to cancel a subscription
Request cancellation using the options in the application where you subscribed or the merchant support channel published on this page. Canceling or closing a payment screen does not cancel an existing subscription. Request confirmation of the effective date and outstanding charges; cancellation stops future charges according to its effective date but does not itself refund previous charges.
Changes and refunds policy
Our commercial policy is that change-of-mind refunds are not provided after you have accessed the product, provided that access can be verified in the system records of the application delivering it. A recorded payment alone does not prove product access. This policy does not limit statutory rights or refunds, repairs or other remedies required by law, including for non-performance or defective service. If access was not delivered, a charge is incorrect or you wish to request a review, contact the support channel of the application where you purchased with your order reference; do not send full card details.
